If you wish to return an item, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the package to return the product(s).

Please note that orders placed through the interior design platform are non-returnable.

Currently we do not make exchanges. If you wish to exchange one product for another, you will have to make a return and then place a new order with the product you wish to purchase.

Please note that returns are not free of charge. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return the product in a package of similar quality, along with the return form found in the original package.

The product will be considered returned in perfect condition if it is free of defects and retains all quality and maintenance labels. If any of these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected.

Additionally, all accessories included with the product (such as a tote bag or underlay for wool rugs) must be returned in perfect condition for the return to be approved.

If you wish to return a product, you will need to drop it off at a nearby collection point, which can be found through the return portal of the transport agency.

Once the products are received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within the next 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

If you have received the wrong product, please contact us by email at support@berberoso.com or by phone at (+34 936246219), Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, GMT+1. Once we verify the details, we will provide you with a return label and arrange for the replacement of the incorrect item.

If you have received the product with a quality problem or a small defect, you can request a new one by writing to support@berberoso.com or by phone (+34 936246219), Monday to Friday from 8:30h to 17h00, GMT+1. Will need you to send us an image of the defective item, the white guarantee label from the item and the order number.

We will consider an item to be defective as long as it has not been used.

Once you have provided all the necessary information, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the problem. 

Yes, you can make a partial return of your order.

Simply access our return portal and follow the provided instructions. You have 30 calendar days to make the return, starting from the day you received the item.

Please note that orders placed through the interior design platform are non-returnable. Additionally, any accessories included with the product (such as a tote bag or underlay for wool rugs) must be returned in perfect condition for the return to be accepted.

When initiating the return, make sure to provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. The items must be in perfect condition; otherwise, the return may be denied.

If the product being returned is damaged, used, or washed, we will not be able to accept the return. Our return policy stipulates that all returned items must be in their original condition, without any damage or signs of use.

All of our items come with a 30-day return guarantee, except for custom rugs and sample books, which are exempt from returns.

Orders placed through the interior design platform are non-returnable.

Yes, you will receive an email notification updating you on the status of your refund or informing you if any issues have been detected during the return process.

During our special promotion periods, where gifts are offered with purchases exceeding a certain amount, please note the following: If you choose to return one or more items from your order and the total purchase value falls below the required minimum for the gift, you will also need to return the gift.
